Why I'm doing:

StarRocks has just released a JDBC driver and needs matching docs to explain how to use it. This includes DataGrip, which was bugged when using an older JDBC driver.

What I'm doing:

Adds documentation for how to use the JDBC driver.
Fixes #issue
