This PR adds helm installation to
obolup. (It might need work for certain arches, not tested enough), along with helios at the back of eRPC. The goal was to show a healthy blockscout explorer, but its segfaulting.This work is a bit duplicative with the scripts + examples folder. Need to clean them together. (The approach i have in obolup has trouble with relative path for values files. (calling from top level or
./obolup/behaves differently), so also needs fixing).Also need to consider whether we opt for a different package manager for distribution or whether we KISS and stick with the script to start. (Thinking stay as we are for now).
Also adds a license and updates the readme.
