What's new

• The asset packer can now be installed as a python package and run as a CLI tool
• added functions to only pack specific asset packs
• added functions to convert frames to the correct format
• added functions to recover already packed asset files (except fonts)
• added functions to create a template base for asset packs
• added help message
• backwards compatible with the old asset packer script
