Breaking Change: Replaces
StandbyLosswithStandbyLoss[Units="F/hr"]/Valuefor indirect water heaters.Updated to latest HPXML schema for standby losses. Code backported from #1150. Prepares for using different standby loss units for commercial water heaters.
