Hey! This looks good, except, I'd prefer to actually generate the secret itself as part of the Terraform. You can see an example here: https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/fourkeys/blob/e4f660f4dbfad13f852459443ba3ddc83a82503e/setup/resource_event_handler.tf#L57-L64

Hi. We would have liked to do this too, but unfortunately the secret is something generated and provided by PagerDuty themselves (mentioned here, documented by PagerDuty here (Response -> body -> delivery_method -> secret).

Unfortunately the secret is not exposed by their pagerduty_webhook_subscription Terraform resource, either. ☹️
