DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
This PR is a tiny bug fix to resolve a typo in the definition of
TPP_RUN_ENKF_JEDI. Without this fix, generating the workflow for an EnKF retro can crash ifTPP_RUN_ENKF_JEDIis not explicitly set.TESTS CONDUCTED:
Built configuration on WCOSS2 to ensure no error.
