Add CLI-backed Memori tools for OpenClaw: memori_signup and memori_quota (src/tools/*.ts) and register them in tools index. Include unit tests for quota and signup, and add OpenClaw skill docs (skills/clawhub/SKILL.md) and expanded memori skill guidance. Bump package version to 0.0.10 and update @memorilabs/memori dependency to 0.1.12-beta (with corresponding package-lock changes).
Update Memori skill docs and tool metadata: add memori_signup and memori_quota entries to SKILL.md and clarify when agents must use them; change default recall/summary behavior (summaries default to last 24 hours, recall defaults to all-time if no dates supplied); normalize parameter names to camelCase in skills.md and add notes (sessionId requires projectId, timestamps in UTC); fix examples/formatting. Also update tool descriptions (memori_quota, memori_recall_summary, memori_signup) to instruct agents to check quota on related errors and to request an email when signing up.
