Why
I've been meaning to fix the TK asset on the Blade main page so that it looks like it has the full cape on.
What
I just added a new PNG file with the completed cape, renamed it to fit the rest of the references, and left the old one there (tech-knight-old.png)
Test Plan
I didn't. I made these changes on github.dev, but theoretically it shouldn't change much. Depending on how this goes I might consider changing one other asset too (the TK profile pic that shows up on guild).
