Addresses some low-handing fruit from the list of feedback about the vetting workflow.

  • Changes some labels as recommended by testers
  • Hides "Next Shared" button in vetting mode in favor of "Next unreviewed"
  • Shows spinner while loading next/previous unreviewed. Before, the message "There are no more files to be reviewed" would be displayed

@BryonLewis Fmin/Fmax labels take up a lot of room. Not sure if you have a good solution to the problem, but its very noticeable if the left edge of a pulse is close to the left edge of the pulse's segment.

Everything looked good to me.

I noticed this the other day but I removed the species/time/freq label icons when you don't have pulse or sequence annotations enabled.
