Description

OPM is a great mod, adding the planets (and a dwarf planet!) that were not added to KSP.

However it was made before the New Horizons probe visited Pluto, meaning we did not know how to make Plock, the Pluto anologue look.

This mod aims to change that, by adding new and improved visuals to Plock and it's moon Karen, in a realistic (but of course, kerbalised!) way.

Install:

  1. Copy GameData\PlockPlus into your KSP GameData folder.
  2. Optionally install the moons add-on from Optional - Better Plock Moons\GameData\PlockPlus over the top.
  3. Requires OPM.
  4. OuterParallax and Parallax Continued are optional enhancements.

If you install Parallax Continued without OuterParallax, some visuals may not look correct.

Known Issues

  • The four additional outer moons may show a distant rendering flicker/texture shift in flight view at very large distances. Plock and Karen are not affected. A fix is being investigated for a future update.
  • Custom normal maps are currently disabled or simplified on most bodies, so lighting may look softer or less sharply defined than intended in map view or at certain angles.
