This adds a new Keyboard Shortcuts tab in the Settings window. Closes HeyPuter#2037 - Created UITabKeyboardShortcuts.js with categorized shortcuts - Shows shortcuts for General, Navigation, File Management, and Windows operations - Styled keyboard keys for better visibility
- Added import for KeyboardShortcutsTab - Registered the tab in the _init method

This PR adds a new "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab in the Settings window, implementing the feature requested in #2037.
