This PR splits the FAQ file (faq.md) into individual files (one for each question and its answer).
Also the remaining FAQs have been added to be consolidated.

TODO/ideas
task,tasksh,taskd,timew) as part of their filename. Maybe adding one folder per topic is a better idea?
