Changelog

  1. Display more information about the current pricing of the hypercert on created hypercerts page if the hypercert is already listed.
  2. Display a "Transfer" button on the hypcert card.
  3. Develop a new Transfer dialog with quick information about the selected fraction to transfer at a glance, and input field for recipient.
  4. Add graceful loading and error states in the transfer dialog.

New requirements:

  1. Only display transfer button if the hypercert is transferrable. (Or disable the transfer button and have a tooltip)
  2. Also we can remove the default send to the gainforest multisig as that's not relevant for us to have there anymore
