The Log Workout page of Strongbird.

Main Features

This page is where the user logs his/her progress in the Stronglifts 5x5 program. The page displays values in kilograms or pounds depending on what the user defines in Settings. As on all views in Strongbird, Settings and Guide pages are available through the menu.

Logging

Stats and your next workout are displayed on the bottom halt of the page. This gives users a quick overview of their Stronglifts 5x5 progress.

Log Workout

As the user works out, he/she can click the boxes on this page to indicate whether a given set was successful (whether 5 repetitions were completed). When the workout is completed, The user clicks the Log Workout button to register this workout. The app will store progress and calculate changes before automatically switching to the next workout program.

Capture Exercises

The record buttons located next to each exercise allows the user to record their form, so they can make changes to their form or simply boast to their friends. All videos are stored to the device.

Swipe to navigate

A simple sideways swipe gives access to the front page (right).
