Thanks! Added some design notes, and I'd like to know your opinion on this.
My further plan will be to separate this into a new NuGet package (to not have the completion/namespace polluted with these methods for folks who don't feel they need these methods). But this I'll do myself, since it's a bit tied to the nuget publishing infrastructure we have here.
