Changes
This PR reinstates the Edge Proxy deployment reference documentation that was lost in the documentation revamp and also includes a redirect from the old page to the new one.
Note that I am simply replacing the content in the page under deployment-self-hosting, since it is a duplicate of the content at https://docs.flagsmith.com/performance/edge-proxy.
