…playlist Instead of popping tracks off the front of the queue, they are fetched in order without modifying the queue, just incrementing next_queue_position.

This is similar behavior to e.g. Jockie and enables some more flexible workflows.
Currently this is based on #138 since that combination is what I've been running / testing and they interact, but if necessary I can separate the two.
