- Remove deprecated build-a-bot image - Add instruction to accept the Terms of Service - Change instruction from creating bot user to viewing bot user - Also "duplicate" imagery showing how to find bot tab as seen lower in the docs - specific instruction related to acquiring the token
- add installation tab navigation image and instructions - instructions for settings to modify - bump instruction numbers to match - closely resemble alt text of bot imgs for install imgs as much as possible

Description of the changes
Update the "Creating the bot application" documentation page with the latest interface images as well as modifying instructions for the latest bot version. Exact changes are under each individual commit.

I was able to build it in readthedocs, but that doesn't mean much.
