This requires CUDA v6 to actually be released (it isn't), Reactant, and another half dozen packages Reactant depends on for the tests to all adapt to v6. I doubt that's going to happen soon. With this PR I was trying to see what changes are needed (here very minimal, and compatible with v5), and fixed some backward compatibility stuff in CUDA.jl itself along the way.
