Description

Removed the self elevation because winutil.ps1 already has them.
Removed the & since we dont need to make another window
I also removed some of the location stuff since we dont change directory

Notes

I couldn't use $scriptname because of $Arguments
$sync.PSScriptRoot = $workingdir is already in start.ps1 while is only mention once in microwin
