Can someone tell me the reason of the error during the Travis build? I have no clue where is the problem. Thanks.

We migrated to github actions. Please, update this branch with the latest version from master to solve the issue with failed travis build.

The pull request is unreviewable in its current form. Instead of one commit, several megabytes in size, could you split it into several? At least the data files could be split out. Also the infrastructure changes could be probably committed separately from actual logic. Please, start a new branch from current master.
As for estimator.c, it seems auto-generated from some previous model (sorry, I have not read your thesis yet) - could the source data be used instead and the estimator generated during build?
