Dance records

Changed how records for dance materials are handled as they are now sent to ReCAP and require item records.

• added PAD, rcpd2, 55 to the list of valid order_location, item_location, item_type combinations

• removed PAD from get_record_type logic`

• added tests to check for proper handling of dance materials

• updated unit-tests with newest versions of python and coveralls action

• reorganized imports using ruff

• updated pyproject.toml for poetry 2.1
