Add a new CCF data connector for Island using DCR-based ingestion with three custom tables:
Existing V1 API-polling connectors are preserved for backwards compatibility. Solution version bumped to 3.1.0.

Yes - Deployed the connector as a custom deployment, and set it up with a test Island Tenant. Logs ingested properly.
