Implements config profiles and a screen to manage them as well as switch between them.
Previous configs will be migrated to the automatically created "default" profile.
Note: Accounts are not stored in the profile config folders, they remain global. This is intentional to prevent unintentional sharing of account details (even if only tokens are saved) when sharing config files.
