N.E.O. — Native Executable Orchestrator

N.E.O. is an open-source AI-powered desktop app builder. Users describe applications in natural language, and N.E.O. generates C# code, compiles it at runtime via Roslyn, and displays the result as a live Avalonia window.

Key features:

  • Generate Avalonia (or WPF/React) apps from text descriptions
  • Live compilation and hot-reload (~1 second compile times)
  • MCP server for Claude Cowork / Claude Code with 11 tools: live preview, screenshots, visual tree inspection, live property editing, data injection, runtime error feedback, and standalone export
  • Cross-platform: Windows, Linux, macOS (Avalonia host)
  • Supports Claude, GPT, Gemini, Ollama, and LM Studio

Tech stack: .NET 9, Avalonia 11.3.12, Roslyn, Named Pipes IPC

I let you to create this category :)
