- Add brief project description.
- Add detail and example on configuring Steam API key.
- Simplify table:
- Only list implemented requests.
- List Steam APIs by name.
- Split path into interface and action.
- Add links to API documentation.
- Rephrase "contributing", "security" and "license" sections.
- Wrap text-only lines to 80 characters.
- Update copyright year.
