GatherMetadataJob should accept multiple instrument_ids and ensure alphabetical order when merging #448
Description
- Accept multiple instrument_id values as a list (Union[str, list[str]] for backward compatibility)
- Sort the list of instruments before merging
- Same functionality needs to be added for acquisitions
