Update FIP mapper to use passed code info

After the following two issues are resolved:

• Provide more details on code in extracted metadata Aind.Physiology.Fip#41
• Update models/fip.json to specify code fields aind-metadata-extractor#36

We will need to update the mapper to:

• Remove the hard-coded VR_FORAGING_FIP_REPO_URL variable from fip/constants.py and add code to properly map the code parameters from the extracted metadata to the DataStream.code dictionary in Acquisition
