Update group vars to replace the old galaxy_config key allow_user_creation with allow_local_account_creation (set to false) in environments/Conect/group_vars/all/galaxy. This preserves the previous behavior (disabling local account creation) while aligning with the updated Galaxy configuration name.
Delete the conect_logo.png file and remove its static mapping and usage in the welcome template. Update galaxy brand from "🧬 CONECT-AML" to "🧬" and simplify the welcome.html.j2 copy by removing the logo, the CONECT-AML mention and the tool-install request instructions. Changes clean up branding and static assets in the Conect environment (group_vars and templates updated).
