PPA Key is SHA1 signed and no longer supported

Describe the bug
Unable to update the package via apt due to unsupported SHA1 signed PPA key

Environment:

• OS: Debian 13
• Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma

I will handle the PPA signing key issue.

In the meantime, please use the .deb package from the Releases page.
