Code Cleanup + Documentation

1. Cleaning up unnecessary libraries, binaries
2. Cleaning up confusing / unused code
3. Adding explanations for each class and where it is used in the script, functionality wise.

Mar 28th:

Removed 2 unwanted plugins , that i was using earlier on during the design phase ("SketchFab" and "VR Hands"). Tested this to ensure that VR game works as expected. Also removed the "RagdollPhysics" C# script as it is not being used anymore.

Mar 31st:

Removed the Rootmotion plugin which we had tried to get working to have more realistic enemy model animations. Tested the core functioning of the game to ensure that it still works as expected. Removed a few scenes and game objects which were not being used / had no need of being independent , combined them together . Will test this tomorrow as the NCSA lab has some event going on now.
