Fail to display road map in China

Hi, I'm using wrld.js for building a demo site some where in China. However, I found there is something wrong with the decoding for road name. I've checked your apis and issues, yet failed to find the solution. Hope you can help me with it. Thank you.

Steps to Reproduce

1. [First Step]
   Open a basic wrld.js map with map instance reference available
2. [Second Step]
   map.setView([31.24070770636797, 121.49322591873619], 15)(that's in Shanghai)
3. [and so on...]

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]
road names are properly displayed
Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
all road names are ? icons
Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]
100%
