• Is it a valid GPML?
• Is it an update or a new pathway?
• Calc % similarity to existing pathways ("This pathway is X% similar to WPxxx", reporting all >90% )

Can we add a test to check if there are nodes with same labels but different identifiers? During look up from datanodes.tsv, we are using labels to get identifiers, therefore, it may be good to not have two nodes with the same label and different identifiers. Otherwise, it is hard to differentiate between them.
