Hi,

I'm glad you're enjoying Breezy. Here are my answers:

  1. No. I used to support SBS for Breezy GNOME so I could use it for widescreen. But after I added support for launching any number of virtual displays I dropped SBS mode as it caused headaches and is simpler to leave out. But even with that, I didn't support rendering 3D content within that view, as that raises a ton more challenges.
  2. To manually manage the display mode, you would want to disable the advanced settings you pointed out (there's one for refresh rate, and one for "optimal settings" which will adjust the resolution and scaling; disable either or both of these depending on which settings you want to modify).
