Database Synchronization and Visual Data Comparison fails with MySQL v8.0.45 and above

SQLyog fails with an error if the server is MySQL v8.0.45 and above.

1. Database Synchronization fails with the error Error fetching concat_ws()information for source database and the below error is recorded in the sja.log file

2. Visual Data Comparison fails with the error below,
   Could not connect to SJA. An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
