Controlling sorting in a Collection

At the Global Root, I've created a Data Variable called Locations. It pulls records from an Airtable (for now).

On the home page, I have a Collection that's pulling Locations.data.records, and displaying some of the fields on the page (e.g., Location.fields["Area of City"]

I can't figure out how to control the sort order. I've tried resorting in Airtable, but that's obviously not it. I've searched the documentation here and on the site for sorting options, and am coming up blank.

Specifically, I want to sort by Area of City, then by NAME_OF_LOCALE, if possible. If not, then just the first.

I appreciate the help. I'm moving away from Webflow, and my dev skills are rusty, at best.
