B2S individual aspect ratio calculating

Backglassimage and DMDimage scaling via .res file based on the user screens stored in screenres.txt to keep aspect ratio of backglass and dmd. Center both without user input.

In some way the other, this should be a capability of B2S. Showing backglasses in the correct aspect ratio - or show it stretched to the screen or b2s window (the current behavior).
I really don't want to configure this in a res file per table/backglass.

There is now a export in VPIn Studio that can gather all needed data to generate resfiles.

Here is a python script that will read the csv file from VPin Studio (https://github.com/syd711/vpin-studio/wiki/Data-Export#backglass-export) and generate res files:
