doesn't work in a react-router v7 project

1. The nitro is causing SSR to take longer and timeout even for the pages it shouldn't be related to.
2. The build fails if we keep nitro because it conflicts with the react-router itself.
3. The vercel deployment is also complicated this way, tbh I didn't manage to test it completely.
