Describe the bug

We had a situation where someone accidentally filled in the Recipient Emails field with an invalid email address.

We ended up getting 100s of "Email notification failed to send" emails because of it.

verbb\formie\models\Notification should be using an email validator for for email fields and it's not. Yii has a built in email validator that can be used for this .

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an invalid email address to the Recipient Field
2. See that the notification saves successfully

The tricky thing with a Notification is that they can be static values, but also dynamic ones, or even .env variables, which will obviously trip up a validation rule.

If you're talking about using the Recipients form field, it does indeed need that validation before you save the field. But if you're talking the Recipient Emails setting for a Notification, then that's again tricky to enforce, but not impossible. I'm just wary of tightening this up without annoying people.

Yea thats fair. I do think it's worth the effort for organizations (like ours) that use this plugin. I wonder if a compromise would be to add a general formie setting to validate email fields?

For the time being though I'll just hook into the Notification model rules event and add it that way.
