Unable to open profile settings pane when category name contains special characters #2302
Description
Steps to duplicate:
In Member Profile Settings, open the settings for the first profile field entry in the list and change its Property Category to contain special characters like ( ) [ ] and click NEXT and UPDATE.
Go to Users area and select Settings for any user. In the right-side panel, choose other profile categories to view them. See how some accordion panels only open with a double click, some not at all, and once the default (top) panel is closed it can never be reopened.
