Unable to install Vanjaro 1.4.0 or 1.3.0 via Vanjaro Installer #2262

Bug applies to Vanjaro Platform 1.4.0 and 1.3.0. The machine is Windows 11 Pro (21H2) and IIS10.
Describe the bug
After running the installer a note on the website page comes up saying about "redirections loop" (Firefox 103.0.2) and ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (Chrome 104.0.5112.102). The 302 redirects continue endlessly as can be seen in webrowser's webtools window (F12).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run the installer with default settings (or any of your choosing)
Expected behavior
A website should come up.
Current behavior
No website comes up after installation.
Additional context
Interestingly, the default settings installation of DNN via nvQuickSite v. 2.1.2 on the same machine runs impeccably and the website comes up ok after installation.
