Vanjaro for DNN 1.40

Describe the bug
If a page contains a Live Article Widget module, Vanjaro page migration is unable to fully execute, resulting in a corrupt Vanjaro page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a DNN page and place a Live Article WIdget onto the page
2. Click on 'Admin / Vanjaro' and migrate the page
3. Notice how the page hangs in place, with a white screen

Additional context
The workaround is to first delete the Live Article module from the DNN page, then delete it from the recycle bin, then execute the migration to Vanjaro.

IMPORTANT: If there is a corrupt page that had been created on a migration attempt, it must be deleted from VJ_Core_Pages, and the app pool restarted before reattempting the page migration.
