[BUG] v1.0.4 framerate stutters

Compared to 1.0.3, playing in multiplayer with BSO 1.0.4 causes much more frequent "skips" in frames, causing errant misses and tracking errors.  Had 3 people in session, all reported similar problems.  Attempted to remedy by rebooting client computer and loading absolutely nothing other than oculus dash, steam VR, and game... issue persisted.
