needflow missing/not rendered in DEMO project

There is no plantuml-based needflow rendered in the DEMO project with version 1.7.0.
Haven't analysed it yet, but reasons can be:

• PlantUML in general is not working because of
  • Version updates for Sphinx/Sphinx-Needs
  • OS update to latest ubuntu on readthedocs.org (dot/graphviz may be missing)
• needflow reports already problems
• The PDF builder weasyprint has some problems with the generated file

Update: A local build shows me the image. So it may be related to the environment setup, not Sphinx-SimplePDF itself.
