I want to process resting state data and divide it into each epoch, but it seems that I can only process the raw original data

I applied the package on epoched data by adjusting the window_size parameter of the Graph.modelate() method:

graphs, connectivity_matrix = G.modelate(window_size=window, connectivity=connectivity_measure, bands = ['delta'], threshold=0.8)

window_size above equals to sample_length / sample_rate such that only 1 interval is generated.
