Plugins panel is non-interactive #7
Description
If someone wants to Publish a photo (the share button on the main screen), they need to first enable the publishing plugin. However, when I navigate to the Plugins panel (Edit -> Preferences -> Plugins panel), the list of plugins are non-interactive to enable them.
