`crate-name` tag is incorrect for package `ferris-says`

Steps to reproduce

• Add ferris-says = 0.2.1 to the deps in library/crates/Cargo.toml
• Run update.sh
• Use ferris-says in a project with the assemble_crate rule

Expected behaviour

assemble_crate should succeed and generate a Cargo.toml file containing ferris-says = 0.2.1

Actual behaviour

It actually generates the incorrect dep: ferris_says = 0.2.1.

For some reason, the crate-name tag incorrectly contains an underscore, when that is not the real target name.

This may be an issue in cargo-raze.
