.NET Destop Runtime downloads are different in the program and the releases page

The link for the .NET Desktop Runtime downloads on the releases page is the wrong link, if .NET Desktop Runtime is not installed the program will give you the correct link for downloading .NET Desktop Runtime. Please fix this!
