Installing ISOCLINE

Hi,

What is the reason that we vendor ISOCLINE?

Would you be open to installing it from a package manager if it were available instead of including a direct copy?

For example, Ubuntu, Arch Linux, Fedora, and NixOS package isocline:

It's mainly for Windows build, or BSD systems that don't want GPL-taint.
