I want to suggest some general feature
Topgrade should have an option, both globally and per step(group), to hide output. A message like "" should be printed instead.
If the step fails, dump all the output anyway.
This will require ExecutionContext to be aware of the currently running step. Maybe we should have a second layer of context which is replaced with each step.
